Food services and nutrition; provided by center (1) Food and beverages provided by a center must be of sufficient quantity and nutritional quality to provide for the dietary needs of each child according to the minimum meal requirements of the child and adult care food program (CACFP), as administered by the department of education.

On 4/9/2026, an infant was found sleeping in a bouncer during the onsite inspection.

R 400.8219(11) · R 400.8219(11) Sleeping, resting, and supervision (11) Infants and toddlers who fall asleep in a space that is not approved for sleeping shall be moved to approved sleep equipment appropriate for their age and size.

On 4/9/2026, an infant sleeping in a bouncer was not moved to approved safe sleep equipment.

Child accidents and incidents; child and staff illness (1) A center shall develop and implement a written plan for how and when a parent is notified if program staff or volunteers observe any of the following: (b) A child experiences an accident, injury, or incident.

The facility has a policy on how to notify parents when an incident/accident or injury occurs.

Staff; volunteer (1) All staff and volunteers present at the center shall: (a) Provide appropriate care and supervision of children at all times.

There is insufficient evidence to show Teachers are not properly supervising children at the center.
