on 3/3/21 at currently tte preschool. school prior tote one she is currently attending. Child A responded that she received an invitation to kindergarten and then she talked about the visit to kindergarten. She was then asked if she ever attended a school called Little Saints. She said that there was a "Scooby Dooby car". She was asked where the car was and Child A replied in the ground. She then discussed the characters of Scooby Doo and stated that this was a show she watched on the tablet. I asked Child A if she could tell me her teachers names. She said Ms. Jaremba and what sounded like Ms. Joelle. I asked her if she had any other teachers. She said that she had teachers at the "number six school" but couldn't remember their names. She attended the "number six school" before this school. Child A then said that Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Hannah were her teachers' names and there were a lot of rooms at the "number six school". When asked if there was anything she did not like about the "number six school" she answered that the other students "sadden me". When asked if there was anything she did not like about Ms. Stephanie or Ms. Hannah she replied that Ms. Stephanie told her that she was not dancing correctly. She had to sit at a table. She said that Ms. Stephanie was mad and made her "walk away". Child A was asked if she ever got hurt at the "number six school" and she said that her two knees bended on the balance beam but she did not fall off. Child A said that she painted with her finger and did not remember painting with her feet. Ms. Hannah wanted to paint her foot with a paintbrush and she did not want her to. It was terrible. When asked if she got hurt when Ms. Hannah tried to paint her foot. She responded about a balance beam and a teacher names Ms. Stacy. Child A did not report being hurt at any child care facility. She was difficult to follow at times during the interview. 4 On 3/7/022, I met at the center. Jennifer Williams, assistant director was present at the center. Ms. Christie would be coming to work this afternoon. Ms. Williams provided us with the following information regarding Child A and her attendance at the center. Child A was enrolled at the center from 5 The last day that she attended the child care center was Child A was in the f Wobbler room from she then went to the toddler room _; Ms. Williams said that Child A's Mother met with Ms. Christe the day after they saw the bruise. They brought Child A in and she had a bruise on her ankle. Ms. Williams said that Ms. Christe said that they could go and talk to the staff to find out if anything happened. Ms. Christe told her that she and Child A's Mother then walked down to the room and asked the staff if they knew what occurred. Maddy Seagraves said that the only thing that she could think of is that they were doing a project with painting feet. Ms. Seagraves said that maybe she held Child A's foot too hard. That was the only thing Ms. Seagraves could think that happened. Child A did not even fight getting her foot painted. That was the whole situation and parents seemed to be understanding of that explanation and nothing else was said about it. They heard from the parents this past fall to see if they could enroll Child A in the GSRP preschool program at the center. There have been no other complaints regarding any staff at the center during that time. No staff or parents have brought any concerns to them regarding Ms. Seagraves or Ms. Harmon. Ms. Williams stated that Ms. Seagraves no longer works at the center. When she worked at the center, she was wonderful. She reviewed the schedule for most of October 2019. Ms. Seagraves worked in the toddler, infant and tykes' room. When asked if a Kim Sopczinski worked at the center, Ms. William's said that she stopped working at the center in . She denied that Ms. Sopcznski ever verbalized any concerns. Lindsay Harmon was in the toddler room and was a re iver and then lead teacher in November 2019. Ms. Harmon was h
