I received an email from (GSQ) on 08/0912021 regarding licensee, Lucy Sanchez, reaardina a parent concern. and I exchanged emai s on 08/10/2021 and On 08/11/2021, 1 met at Mrs. L. Sanchez's home. We made face to face contact with Mrs. L. Sanchez. She and Child Care Staff Member. Naielly Sanchez, were caring for nine children. - and I explained the investigation process. Mrs. L. Sanchez stated that Child A was in attendance two days last week, Monday, 08,0212021, and Tuesday, 08103/2021. Child A's Mother dropped her off for care both days. There were 10 children in care both days. On 08/02/2021, Child A was dropped off at approximately Mrs. L. Sanchez enrolled Child A and got all required paperwork signed. Child A did not appear to feel well and slept on the couch in the living room for most of the day. Child A only got off the couch one time to use the bathroom. Mrs. L. Sanchez walked Child A to the bathroom, waited, and then walked back to the couch. The other children were playing in the living room area, but Child A did not interact with any of the other children that morning. Mrs. L. Sanchez made lunch and Ms. N. Sanchez supervised the children in the living room. After lunch, the children napped in the designated napping room. Mrs. L. Sanchez supervised the children during nap and Ms. N. Sanchez was in the living room and kitchen area. Mrs. L. Sanchez said she keeps all new children close to her initially. Child A slept on a mat right next to Mrs. L. Sanchez who was sitting in a rocking chair. After nap, everyone returned to the living room. Child A laid on the couch until was picked up at approximately 1.00 PM. ■ did not interact with any of the c ren in the afternoon. Mrs. L. Sanchez advised that Child A's Mother dropped Child A off again on 08,03/2021 at approximately_. Child A was wrapped in a blanket and mother laid on the couch. Child A's Mother expressed concern that Child A said that a and was touching "private area.' Mrs. L. Sanchez told ■ Child A's Mother that it was impossible that had occurred while Child A was at her home. She or Ms. N. Sanchez are always supervising the children. The only time CI Child A was not supervised was to use the bathroom, which ■ is old enough to do alone. Mrs. L. Sanchez then told Child A's Mother that she did not think that she should continue to care for Child A if was making those types of allegations. Child A's Mother was able to convince Mrs. L. Sanchez to let Child A stay and receive care. Child A's Mother picked her up at approximately _ Mrs. L. Sanchez advised that she was surprised because Child A's Mother asked if she could bring her other children to receive care. Mrs. L. Sanchez advised Child A's Mother that she did not think it was a good idea to bring any of the children. At approximately 7:00 PM on 08/03/2021, Child A's Father came to Mrs. L. Sanchez's home to question her about what occurred with Child A. She advised him that nothing happened while at her home. She encouraged him to take Child A to the doctor if he thought something was wrong. She described Child A's Father as being intimidating and aggressive. He wanted her to continue to care for Child A and Child A's siblings. Mrs. L. Sanchez advised that she would not be caring for Child A or any of the other children based on the allegations that were made. I interviewed Ms. N. Sanchez regarding the allegations. She advised that she was providing care with her mother. Mrs. L. Sanchez, on 08/0212021 and 08/03/2021. She is aware of the allegations that were made regarding Child A. She advised that children are supervised the entire time they are in care. She and Mrs. L. Sanchez are the only two adults that provide care at the home. Both Monday and Tuesday, Child A laid on the couch and did not even play with the other children, only got up to use the bathroom and eat lunch. She supervised the children whi e rs. L. Sanchez got lunch ready. Mrs. L. Sanchez supervised during nap. She was aware that Child A's Father
