    On 04/11/25, the outside area was not in good repair and maintained in a safe condition. The front porch was observed to have a step hazard. The porch is missing concrete around the ledge, and the metal support is exposed. Also, the exterior south side of the home, has several cable wires hanging/not attached to home.
