Child A told her when he had to use the bathroom at home and when they are out. When he attended the child care home Child A's Mother would send him in a Pull-up. Ms. Dennis informed her that Child A does not let her know when he has to use the bathroom. She said the Pull-up she dropped Child A off with was the same Pull up when she picked him 2 up at the end of the day. The Pull up would be wet, however, Ms. Dennis would inform her that she changed him. On 3/22/2023, I interviewed Ms. Dennis. She said Child A was not toilet trained. He never let her know if he needed to use the bathroom. Ms. Dennis informed Child A's Mother that she took him every two hours to the bathroom with the other children. When she took Child A to the bathroom, he never used the toilet. Child A's Pull-up would be wet and she changed it. She checked Child A's Pull-up before he left each day, and he never went home wet. She stated that Child A's Mother wanted to bring Child A in underwear because she did not want to buy anymore Pull-ups. Ms. Dennis informed her that Child A could not come to the child care home without a Pull-up until he says he has to use the toilet. She continued to take him to the toilet without him asking. On 3/23/2023, I interviewed Child B's Mother, Child B is 4 years old. She stated that Ms. Dennis communicated with her by text regarding Child B. Child B's Mother said Child B is on the autism spectrum and has been enrolled with Ms. Dennis since birth. She has no concerns with Ms. Dennis changing Child B. He cannot use the toilet on his own. He never comes home wet. On 3/23/2023, I interviewed Child C's Mother. Child C is 4 months old. She stated she has no concerns regarding Child C's diapering. Child C is not old enough for toilet training and his diapers are not wet when she picks him up.
