On 03/28/2022, 1 received a request to assess whether is conducive to the welfare of children. I made several attempts ton erview however, I was unsuccessful in contacting her. I reviewed PocumeRnaon from the Circumstances surrounding the event Relationship of the event to licensed activity. On 4/13/2022 I contacted licensee, Margaret Rainer ". I asked if she was employed at her facility. She informed me that is a substitute child care staff member and used by her on an as-nereedgeadW asis. has not 3 needed her assistance lately. On 4/27#2022, 1 contacted Ms. Rainer informing her that" has been found to have acted in a manner that is not conducive to the Meare0c ildren. Ms. Rainer informed me that contacted her and stopped by to speak with her. She arrived at the centerand Ms. Rainer that she was arrested recently but not charged. said she has been having problems with her children's father and the children are currently staying with him. and has been disconnected from the Child Care Background Check (CCBC) program. Evidence of rehabilitation There is no evidence of rehabilitation. On 4/27/2022 and 5/4/2022, l attempted to interview Ms. Rainer with both phone numbers provided by Ms. Rainer and CCBC. Both phone numbers were disconnected.
