There was no evidence to support that staff were required to pay for or were improperly credited for training hours.

Based on my onsite inspection, interviews with staff and parents there was no evidence that children were denied food or did not receive enough to eat.

Based on interviews with parents and staff, the center is not providing parents with information regarding food intake, sleeping patterns, elimination patterns, developmental milestones and changes in the child's behavior. Based on our findings, investigation, and review - which includes considering the investigation and findings of MDHHS -CCLB determines that the CCSM’s are conducive to the welfare of children and are eligible to be associated with a child care organization.
