On 1/8/25, CCSM 2 and CCSM 3 provided appropriate care and supervision of Child A when Child A was hitting them with cots, attempting to hit them with a telephone, standing on tables, and trying to run out the building. CCSM 2 and CCSM 3 used verbal redirection and kept Child A from harming himself or others.
