Based on a review of the child care background check portal Teacher 1 did not complete a comprehensive background check prior to having unsupervised contact with children. Teacher 1 started employment at the child care center in 03/2025. Teacher 1 was allowed to have unsupervised contact with children in the child care center prior to being determined as eligible.
