She denied theWaegaations of abuse against her. She said that she does not use physical forms of discipline with the children in care. She said that she does is not verbally abusive to the children in her care. She denied inflicting any type of maltreatment or harm to the children. She stated that she is aware of the center's discipline policy. They cannot use physical discipline or time-out. ■ said she uses redirection with the infant and toddlers in her classroom. On July 29, 2022, CCSM has worked at this facility for three years as an assistant teacher. has never observe using physical or verbal discipline with the children in her care. is aware of the center's discipline policy and denied that she has witnessed any CCSMs violate the policy. On July 29, 2022, CCSM said she is the office manager. She has been employed with this child car"cen er for seven years. She denied that she has observe being abusive to the children in care. On July 29, 2022, CCSM said that she has not seen or hear being abusive to thechildren. She has not witnessed any staff being abusive to the children in care. On August 2 2022, Child A's Mother said she had concerns with . She witnessed She also said that 3 talks "disrespectful" to the children in care. Child A is no longer enrolled in care. On August 11, 2022, Child B's Mother said she does not have any concerns with the care Child B receives. Child B is in class. She has never observed any abuse to the infants and toddlers. On August 19. 2022 said she contacted Witness who is a former CCI care. When Witness 1 reported what she witnessed-, Ms your business". Attempts were made to contact Witness 1. At the time of this report, a response has not been received. On September 6, 2022, Child C's Mother said Child C `loves it there". She has no concerns with the care. Child C's Mother said the staff are good people, and they are very attentive to her child's dietary needs. She has two children enrolled. During the exit conference wit , she said her investigation is being closed with no findings.
