On 3/23/2021, 1 called the complainant. There was no answer. I left a voicemail requesting a return phone call. 2 On 3/23/2021 I spoke with licensee designee, Angela McDaniel. She stated she did find out on 3/22/2021 that there was a person in the center who tested positive for Covid 19 on 3/21/2021. The person was last in the center on 3/11/2021. She did call the health department to notify them. Ms. McDaniel was instructed to close Room 11 for 14 days from the last time the person was in the center (3/11/2021). The plan was to close the room until 3/25/2021. Ms. McDaniel emailed me later on 3/23/2021 and stated she just found out that someone else tested positive on 3/21/2021 so the whole center will be closed until 4/12/2021 and all students and staff were instructed to quarantine. On 4/12/2021, I arrived at the center to find it closed. The security guard in the parking lot informed me the center will be closed until 4/19/2021.
