    On 05/24/2022, 1 received a request to assess whether is conducive to the welfare of children. On 0610112022, I completed an on-site inspection at Angel Land Center of Hope. I interviewed CCSM's and Michele Reynolds and licensee Terrie Henderson. Circumstances surrounding the event stated that on 0113012022, she went to the Golden Greek bar in Fe roiPa, one and had "too much to drink". She was told by the bar staff that she would not be served any more alcohol and she needed to leave, left as requested by the bar staff. After leaving, she realized that her"cepRonMewas still inside the bar. She returned to the bar and tried to enter the building to retrieve her cell phone. During that time three females and one male exited the bar. and one of the begano argue and then a fight ensue After the fight, the bar staff brought phone out to her. She went to the gas ist"ation adja cent to the bar*anca *e r ride. While waiting for a ride said "the anger and the liquor got the best of me". purchased a bottle of antifreeze from the gas station, emptied the bottle, and filled it with gasoline, then began to pour the gasoline around the perimeter of the bar. mother, called her as she was pouring this gasoline around the bar and began calming her. instantly stopped and walked away. The staff of the bar saw pouring the gasoline and called the police. The police came and arrested her while she was on the phone with her mother. spent 62 hours in jail. While in jail she pleaded with the officers to let Rerout and told them that she had learned her lesson and would never ever do anything like that again, was under the impression charges were dropped or that the owner of the bar did not pursue charges. did not know she had a warrant for her arrest and had not received*anya ditional court documents or pa erwork. The officer who released her from her 62-hour jail stay informed her she ■ and would need to attend court through zoom, did not attend court for that or follow up with that information. said is was her first time being arrested, however, according to the 3 said she does not recall being arrested for the above charges and Rneeneeded to contact the court to clear her name. As of 08/3/2022 court view shows that all counts have been dismissed without prejudice The complaining witness failed to appear. for-IIIIIII. has been released from her tether. CCSM, Michele Reynolds, works at the center with . Ms. Re nolds provided the same information as ' s. Reynolds knew that had gone out because she was upset about losing a previous jo . called her crying and told her that she had been in `bad fight". spoke to the officers that were arresting her and they told her s e would be taken to a detention center, and it appeared that the owner would not be pressing charges because she showed remorse during the incident by walking away. The officers also informed Ms. Reynolds that because was cooperative and if she did not go to court, she would have to be released within 72 hours. was released, and Ms. Reynolds has not heard anything further abou it. Ms. Reynolds stated that was very sorry and felt like she made a stupid mistake. has not had any other incidents since then. Licensee. Terrie Henderson stated that she knew had been arrested but she was informed by that the charges had been dropped. Ms. Henderson has known since she was a baby and has a very good relationship with her family. Ms. Henderson knew the event surrounding the arrest. Ms. Henderson felt that was cleared of the charges because she submitted her fingerprints, and she came back eligible. Length of time since the event The event occurred on 01/30/2022. It has been eight months since the event occurred. has not had any other incidents occur in the past seven months. Severity of the Situation attempted to set an establishment on fire.
