Staff provided appropriate care and supervision of Child A. Child A’s finger was accidentally caught in the door when heading to lunch. Staff immediately responded and provided first aid.

Based on our findings, investigation, and review - which includes considering the investigation and findings of MDHHS -CCLB determines staff are conducive to the welfare of children and staff are eligible to be associated with a child care organization.

On 6/16/25, Child A was picked up from school and had a reddish bruise on each side of his nose. The injury is not consistent with abuse.

On 6/20/25, while onsite the toddler room was observed to be out of ratio. There were ten children and one staff member.
