    R 400.8125 · R 400.8125 Staff; volunteer; requirements. (1) All staff and volunteers shall provide appropriate care and supervision of children at all times.

    On 0113012023, I completed a telephone interview with Child A's Father 1 and Child A's Father 2 via conference call. Child A's Father I said on 01/25/2023, Child A was home due to the school closure for weather. While home Child A kept telling him that his Child A said that there was a R Child A's Father 1 inquired further as to how Child A' or how appened, and Child A would then, "act normal after showing distress." Initially, when asked about his Child A "didn't want to talk about it and everything was ok with him, he said didn't hurt anymore." Child A's primary language is Chinese and so Child A's Father 1 felt that maybe Child A's Father 2 could get more information as he speaks Chinese fluently. When Child A's Father 2 arrived home, Child A's Father 1 informed him that Child A had been sayin hurt. Child A's Father 2 inquired to Child A about _ and Child A stated"ewasfine. Child A's Father 2 said before bed Child A was washing his face and began stating that hurt gain, Child A's Father 2 attempted to and asked Child who . Child A's Father 2 informed Child A that he could tell him the truth and then asked him if their neighbor did anything to him. Child A's Father 2 said their neighbor sometimes keeps Child A. Child A said the neighbor did not. Child A's Father 2 asked if this happened at school, and Child A said yes. Child A's Father 2 asked if it was a friend who did it and Child A said no. Child A's Father 2 asked if it was a teacher, and Child A said yes, it was Child A's Father 2 initially assumed that maybe something happened while helping Child A in the . Child A's Father asked if hel s him when he A said no. Child A then s a e at, and he Child A informed his father that takes him o e , an;Is ;1 1him and Child A said it was Child A's Father asked Child A if it was one time, or several times and Child A said once. Child A's Father 2 then called the hospital, who instructed him to call the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services MDHHS . Child A was brought to and then referred to to do a forensic health screening. Child A's last day at the center was 01 /24/2023. Child A's Father said prior to this incident Child A began to get nervous very easily. If he was asked to do something small Child A would get very emotional and say he was scared or nervous. This began happening a lot recently, especially when he was asked to do anything new. Child A has never not wanted to go to the center. In the beginning 3 Child A's fathers had some concerns just due to them being same sex parents. Additionally, sends the families pictures of the children throughout the day. In the beginning Child A's fathers noticed that never ever sent or posted a picture of Child A. Child A's fathers spoke toReirabout this and then she began posting pictures of Child A. There have been no concerns of care or supervision. Child A has been attending the center since the summer of 2022. On 01/30/2023, 1 completed a telephone interview with licensee designee Amy Modica. Amy stated that a detective showed up to the center on Wednesday 01/25/2023. The center was closed due to the weather. Amy is assuming that a report must have been made on Tuesday 01/24/2023. Amy has not heard anything from the detective and does not know many details. The center is a part of the school district, and the school districts human resource department has taken over the investigation and details for the district. Amy is not present at that site and was not present the date of the alleged incident.
