The center does not use the playground because it has not been approved. The play area used is safe and in an approved area.

The center had boxes throughout the hallway that was a safety concern for children exiting the building.

The kitchen was filled with boxes all over the floor and the table where food was being prepared. Boxes of food were on the floor and not in cabinets.

The hallways and kitchen had multiple boxes stacked that were safety hazards to the children walking.
