  R 400.8222(4)(b) · R 400.8222(4)(b) Capacity; ratio and group size requirements (4) In each room or well-defined space, the maximum group size and ratio of child care staff members to children, including children related to a staff member or the licensee, must be as shown in Table 1: (b) Preschoolers, 30 months of age until 3 years of age, child care staff member to child ratio of 1 to 8, maximum group size of 24.

  Children as young as 30 months are mixed in with children age 3 to 4. As a result the ratio and maximum group size must be maintained at 1 staff to every 8 children and the max group size of 24. The facility did not maintain this ratio and group size on 12/04/2025.
