During the inspection on December 9, 2025, I observed multiple Teachers and Staff not able to provide appropriate care for keeping children physically safe during programing hours.

During the inspection on December 9, 2025, I observed that Teachers did not provide early learning experiences for cognitive development due to lack of Teacher availability and equipment.

During the Inspection on December 9, 2025, I observed that restraint practices were being used by multiple Teacher with having a parent approved established plan to do so.
