During a review of the records a staff attendance record was not accurate with missing last names, times in and out, and caregivers not signed in but acting as caregivers to children in care.

(4) A program administrator of a single site shall appoint a staff-in-charge when the program administrator is not on the premises and is responsible for supervising the operation of the center including, but not limited to, having the authority to respond to emergencies, inspections, parental concerns, and have access to all required i nformation.

During an unannounced inspection on August 22, 2025, the Program Administrator was not on site, and it was unknown when she would be back at the center. None of the staff members on-site knew who was appointed in charge of the facility while the Program Administrator was not present.
