On 8/31/2022, I spoke with Child Care Licensing Bureau (CCLB) child care licensing consultant, Michael Skonieczny who had no concerns with improper supervision at the child care home. On 9/6/2022, I conducted an unannounced visit to Corrie Merillat's child care group home. Ms. Merillat was interviewed regarding the nature of the allegations. She couldn't believe someone would say that she would allow any children in care to play The children in care are also kept away from and it is not on during child day care hours of operation. Ms. Merillat was u set that somebody would make accusations against her such as a child and her thinking it She has a "really" good relationship with all of her parents, and she would never allow anything like to happen. Children's attendance and staff attendance were observed. There were nine children in care on the day of the alleged incidents. Ms. Merillat and one child care staff member were present. It was a nice day. There were eight or nine children in care for both days. Children in care are provided with direct supervision and are not allowed to cross the fence area and the children are to play between the two trees.
