CONCLUSION: REQUIREMENT NOT MET CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN: I will contact the maintenance director and see what the issue is with the temperature being so low and how it can be fixed. We will leave the bathroom door open while it is not in use. I will make sure that the issue is addressed and purchase a thermometer to place in that room to monitor the temperature.
