On 01/13/2023, Ms. Tait provided me with two weeks of attendance records for children and staff and I did not see that they have cared for more than 12 children. I explained to Ms. Tait the variance process for an increase in capacity to 14 children and she stated that she was not interested at this time, as she did not have the need for such. Ms. Adams reported that they never care for more than 12 children at one time. They may have more children they for the entire day, but not at the same time, as some children come for before or after school care only.

(3) A licensee shall make a verbal or email report to the department within 24 hours of notification by a parent that a child received medical treatment or was hospitalized for an injury, accident, or medical condition that occurred while the child was in care.

Ms. Tait did not make a verbal or emailed report to the department within 24 hours of her notification that Child A was I treated at the hospital.
