Based on interviews with Trevor Seiter, Licensee Designee, Program Administrator, Lead Teacher 1, Lead Teacher 2, Teacher 1, Teacher 2, Teacher 3 and Independent Service Provider (ISP) 1, staff are providing appropriate care and supervision. The classroom staff receive additional support and training in classroom management techniques by ISP 1. Interviews were also completed with four parents of children enrolled in the classroom, and all report no concerns about care and supervision.

Based on the pictures of Child A, my observation of the videos from 6/3/2025, the interviews from CCSMs, and medical information obtained, there is no evidence that Child A was not provided appropriate care and supervision. I did not find that Child A’s injury occurred at the facility or because of inappropriate care or supervision.

Based on our findings, investigation, and review - which includes considering the investigation and findings of MDHHS -CCLB determines CCSMs conducive to the welfare of children and is determined eligible to be associated with a child care organization.
