She is licensed to care for four foster care children. On 10/06/2022, three foster care children, Child A , male), Child B', male) and 3 Child C female) were removed from Ms. Boyd's care due to the allegations. said the children were removed from the foster home, after determining that there was concerning information that was not reviewed prior to Ms. Boyd receiving her foster care licensing. RIChild said she is completing an investigation and she interviewed Child A. B Child C on two separate occasions, however, no concerning information was shared. said Eva will not have any children placed in her care until their investigation is completed. On 1110312022, and I completed an on-site inspection at the child care home located at 41021 Old Michigan Ave. Lot 97 Canton Ml 48188, however, there was no answer to the door. During the conference with I was informed that Ms. Boyd is licensed to provide foster care at 826 MadisonRpsilanti MI 48197. Therefore, we completed an unannounced inspection of the foster care address. When we arrived, there were several children observed in the home alone. Eva and child care staff member (CCSM) 1 arrived at the home, and we interviewed them outside, as Eva would not allow us into the home. She stated that she is packing to move back to her home in Canton Michigan. Eva said that it is, "disgusting that someone would think she is Eva stated that she would never harm a child or child. Child A's Mother stated that he always loved going o [,I Eva's home. Child A' Mother does not believe that Eva would ever do anything to harm a child or place a child in any danger. On 11/09/2022 and 11/10/2022 I left two voicemails with Witness 1. On 11/09/2022, I completed a telephone interview with Child B's Mother. Child B's Mother does not have any concerns about care or supervision. Child A has been enrolled for about a year. On 11/09/2022 and 11/10/2022 I attempted to contact Child C, Child D, and Child E's parents. Voicemails were left for Child C and Child D's parents. Child E's parents had full voicemails. To date, I have not received a return call.
