On 03/05/2021, I received an incident report from licensee designee and program director Ms. Ashley Mattiuzzo. The report detailed an incident regarding Child A being left outside unsupervised on 03/03/2021 for two minutes. One child care staff member went into the building with the majority of a group of children and another child care staff member was caring for another child, Child B (female, age unknown) outside in the play equipment area.
