On June 10, 2021, I conducted an unannounced on-site inspection. I spoke with licensee Ms. Mary Galvanek and informed her of the allegations. Ms. Galvanek explained that she does not own any type of tractor or farm equipment. On the weekends or evenings, she will take her children and two other children that attend her child care to her father's home to fish as play dates. The picture was taken with her children and Child A and Child B sitting on a Gator at her father's house. The Gator was not being operated and it was not during child care hours. Child A's Mother explained that her child will have play dates with Ms. Galvanek's children without other child care children after child care hours. Ms. Galvanek will ask for permission for Child A to do anything. Child was sitting on the Gator; however, it wasn't moving. Ms. Galvanek has been amazing with Child A. 2 Child B's Mother stated that sometimes her child sometimes goes fishing at Ms. Galvanek's parents' farm. After school and on the weekends, her child will have sleepovers. She reported that she has no concerns with her child being on a Gator while he is having a sleepover with Ms. Galvanek's children. She has no supervision concerns.
