I did not observe any evidence of bugs or mouse poop during my inspection on 10/16/2025. Colleen Orr, Teacher 1, Teacher 2, and the supervised volunteer confirmed that they have not seen or had problems with bugs or mice. Colleen Orr is no longer providing care for children in this building as of 11/30/2025.

On 10/16/2025, I observed the center within the required child to teacher ratio. Colleen Orr, Teacher 1, Teacher 2, and the supervised volunteer acknowledged they are not over ratio as there are three teachers, Colleen Orr, and the supervised volunteer and there are only 12 part time children enrolled. The attendance records I reviewed showed the center within the required ratio for the week prior to the investigation. The center closed and is not operating any longer as of 11/30/2025.
