    During the interim inspection, I found that a four-year-old child have the following medications onsite without prior parental permission: Children’s Motrin, Children’s Tylenol, Meijer Pain and Fever Chewable, nebulizer medication (Albuterol Sulfate), and Solu-Cortef 100mg which is an injection.

    During the interim inspection, I observed a prescribed medication (hydrocortisol; 10 mg) with a faded label and the instructions were then handwritten over the faded prescription label.
