Technical Assistance Technical assistance is support and training given to the licensee/licensee designee on a specific rule. Technical assistance includes consultation on how the facility can best maintain compliance with a rule.

During the interim inspection, I found that a four-year-old child have the following medications onsite without prior parental permission: Children’s Motrin, Children’s Tylenol, Meijer Pain and Fever Chewable, nebulizer medication (Albuterol Sulfate), and Solu-Cortef 100mg which is an injection.

During the interim inspection, I was informed that the school nurse (T. Tonser) had administered a nebulizer Albuterol Sulfate medication to a 4-year-old child on two occasions. R 400.8152(4) · R 400.8152(4) Medication; administrative procedures. Prescription medication must have the pharmacy label indicating the physician's name, child's first and last name, instructions, name and strength of the medication, and must be given according to those instructions.

During the interim inspection, I observed a prescribed medication (hydrocortisol; 10 mg) with a faded label and the instructions were then handwritten over the faded prescription label.
