On 10/07/2020, a complaint was received by the department. It stated that the center is out of ratio. On 10/08/2020, I completed an onsite inspection at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs School. I inspected the Preschool/Pre-kindergarten split class, Prekindergarten, and Junior Kindergarten classrooms. A fourth classroom, the 3-year-old classroom, was not open. The ratios were as follows: • Prekindergarten (4- and 5-year old's); 3 children:1 child care staff member • Preschool/Prekindergarten (3- and 4-year old's); 6 children:1 child care staff member • Junior Kindergarten (5-year old's); 6 children: 1 child care staff member • Three-year-old classroom (2 years 9 months through 3 years old) was empty/closed. I received attendance records and staffing schedules for all classroom.
