Based on my interview with Licensee Designee Holly Elwart, the center does not provide parents with the required information when a child in care has contacted a communicable disease. The center does notify parents the name of the disease but does not notify the parents of the symptoms of the disease of the prevention measures as recommend by the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
