On 03/03/2023 I completed an onsite inspection at the Green group child care home and interviewed Ms. Green regarding an incident report she submitted. Ms. Green reported that on 03/02/2023 she was entering her food program information on the computer when Child A arrived early for care. Ms. Green had told her other caregiver Mr. Green to go lay back down in bed prior to Child A arriving because Mr. Green had a severe headache and was sick. Ms. Green instructed Child A to sit on the couch and watch TV and play on his phone while she went upstairs to get dressed. While Ms. Green was changing, she was talking on the phone. She did not hear Child A walk up the stairs. After Ms. Green was dressed from the waist down Child A appeared in the doorway and asked her if it was time to get ready for the bus. Ms. Green did not have a shirt or bra on at the time and quickly covered herself. She told Child A it was not time for the bus and instructed him to go back downstairs and she would be there in a minute. She finished getting dressed and went back downstairs. Ms. Green reported she immediately contacted Child A's Father about the incident.
