On 01/22/2025 Lisa Mousseau was present with 11 child care children ranging in age from 3 months through 4 years. Five minutes after I arrived a 12th child arrived.

Lisa Mousseau stated that she was placing Child A (female, 4 months) in the Baby Einstein baby walker activity center; she was clipping the seat in place while Child A was in the seat and Child A fell forward and hit her cheek on one of the toys on the tray.
