On 05/31/2023 licensee Nichole Adkins stated she has three children currently in pull-up diapers and they often remain dry. Children in diapers get changed two to three times per day when they are in care. More often if they are wet. On 07/10/2023 Child D and Child C's Mother stated she drops Child C and Child D off in the morning. Child C is always dry and in the process of toilet training. His report states he is generally dry all day. Child D wears diapers and generally has a full diaper at pick up. Nichole Adkins has not asked for more diapers. Her children have never had a rash. On 07/10/2023 Child E and Child F's Mother stated Child E (male, 2 years) is always dry when she picks him up from care. He has never had a diaper rash. On 07/17/2023 Child B's Mother stated their family has been there for quite a while. Child B (male, 3 years) has never had an issue with diapers not changed or any diaper rash. On 07/20/2023 during the exit conference Nichole Adkins stated children will have an afternoon snack and drink. She has children use the restroom and diapers are changed before playing outside. She will warn parents at pick up children may be wet due to the afternoon snack and drink.
