The following physical facility issues were seen within the indoor space during the visit: 1) Numerous walls in various classrooms and the walls in the stairwells, had sticky residue and stains as well as an abundance of crayon and pencil markings. 2) A sticky residue which seemed to be potentially a juice spill or food spill was seen on the window sill of one of the classrooms, and on the wall adjacent to one of the trash containers by the kitchen. 3) The tread covering on a set of stairs was beginning to rip and posed a tripping hazard 4) Chipped/Broken floor tiles were seen in one classroom, posing a tripping hazard.
