No change in water temperature. Educator informed water must be set to 120F degrees or below. Observations from original visit on 2019-05-23: Water tested at 137F degrees. Must not exceed 120F degrees. This is the second consecutive non compliance for this regulation. Corrective Plan received on 2019-09-04: Educator down low the hit water from the boiler water is now at appropriate temperature 120 degrees
Small portion on the right side of the door frame still has flaking paint. Observations from original visit on 2019-05-23: Flaking paint observed by the door frame by the main entrance of the home. Must ensure there is no peeling paint on the premises. Corrective Plan received on 2019-09-04: Old paint is bee removed. New painting is been apply

This is the second consecutive non compliance for this citation. Thermometer located in the freezer. Must ensure the temperature in the refrigerator is set between 32F degrees and 40F degrees. This is the second consecutive non compliance for this citation. Corrective Plan received on 2019-09-04: Educator secure the toy shelf with nails to the wall Educator replace the old refrigerator because that was the cause of the problem. Thermometer is working properly by 40F degrees now
