The educator has a green and orange plastic playground equipment that is higher than 18 inches in height. We discussed to install proper ground cover, reduce height or remove. A copy of the Outdoor Home Playground Safety Handbook will be sent by email for the educator to review.
We discussed to secure the following hazards: TV wire, one toy shelf and cushion edges of radiator's wooden cover.
For the outdoor space we discussed to remove the solar panels from the fenced area. For the indoor space we discussed that the hot water temperature cannot be more than 120 degrees Fahrenheit; currently about 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

Discussed to barricade the space in between the railing that are wider than 3 1/2 inches for the back exit stairs, stairs by the driveway and along the top of the front entrance stairs.
Discussed to ensure that the screen is not touching the radiator to prevent injuries and to barricade/cushion the pipe next to the radiator for all of the radiators in the licensed space.
The educator needs to finish installing the 4 ft barrier around the driveway area to prevent access to the drop off wall facing the driveway. In addition the educator needs to install a 4 foot barrier to prevent access to the drop off wall in front to the house. Discussed to remove the small stones from the ground.

The educator needs to replace the batteries for the alarm in the hallway that was beeping during the visit. Missing smoke alarm in the bedrooms and playroom.
The screen door is missing the top section that is in need of repair.
Discussed to cover the edges of the baseboard heaters in the bathroom.

Discussed to cushion the bathroom pipes within reach of children. Some of the floor’s tiles in the hallway between the kitchen and playroom are in need of repair. Discussed to add handrails within reach of children along the front stairs inside the home.
