Observed that two children in the program require an IHCP (Individual Health Care Plan). Emailed the educator the policy.
The highchair harnesses were not fully secured around the children's body while sitting on the high chairs. After discussing this concern, the educator was able to secure most of them except for one child. We discussed that she may have to use a different product. We also discussed to secure the strings for the mini blinds and TV wire.

We discussed to submit verification of a first aid certificate since her certificate only indicates that her CPR and AED expires on 1-11-25.
For the outdoor space we discussed to repair the peeling paint on the wooden floor of each exit. Please complete the peeling paint compliance statement when repairs are done. For the indoor space we discussed to repair the following; install a safety lock on the cabinet where bottles of wine are stored, a door stopper for the playroom door and to barricade knives on the counter.

We discussed to barricade the wide space in between the railings for the front and back exit areas, and to install a gate at the top of the stairs for the outdoor play area.
We discussed to adjust the hot water temperature to be no more than 120 degrees Fahrenheit; currently about 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
We discussed to increase the height of the fence to 4 feet due to the drop off wall and repair basement's broken window.
We discussed to increase the height of the railings to at least 4 feet in height due to the drop off wall in front of the house.
