Reviewed policy on progress reports. Must complete either every 3 or 6 months (depending on age). Infants ages 0-15 months must be assessed every three months, every six months thereafter and annually for school age children. Upon reviewing all records, it was noted that recent progress reports for one child was missing.

For the outdoor space the educator needs to increase the total square footage to 600 square feet in total; currently about 500 square feet. There is also peeling paint and protruding nails on the deck in need of repair. Please complete the Peeling Paint Compliance Statement form when the repairs are done. For the indoor space we discussed to ensure that the hot water temperature does not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit; currently about 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
