Licensed Space
Provider is utilizing unlicensed space to run program. Licensor had received a change of space transaction on 10/6/2025 and went out with FCC Supervisor to determine if space was compliant. Licensor and FCC supervisor told Provider they would need some time to make a decision on space due to it being a unique request. Provider began using unlicensed space after 10/6 visit without approval. Please stick to utilizing only EEC approved/licensed space at all times. If you have questions as to what space is licensed, please reach out to your Licensor for clarity.
Exits are properly labeled but path to and from back exit was blocked with snow creating a fire hazard. Please ensure all exits are free of any and all obstructions at all times.

Licensor did a walkthrough of all indoor/outdoor space and found the following hazards: *Kitchen: Provider has two accessible drawers with knives/other sharp cooking items. Please childproof these drawers or remove all sharp items out of each of children.
