When observing in classrooms the following was noted: 1. In the Fuzzy Caterpillar room; An Educator did not wash the diaper changing surface with soap/water before spraying the disinfectant. 2. In the Fuzzy Caterpillar classroom: the Educator put the child down on the floor, cleaned the diaper changing area then picked the child up to wash their hands; she did not wash the child's hand immediately after the diaper change. 3. In the Dragonflies room: the Asst. Director washed and sanitized the tables but did not wait for the bleach/water solution to dry completely before allowing children to sit at the tables with their lunch boxes for lunch. Children were observed touching the b/w solution and it was absorbing into their paper towels that were placed at each seat. 4. In the Dragonflies classroom: 2 children were observed sitting at the technology table and light table that were not cleaned and sanitized prior to them eating lunch.
