For outdoor space we discussed to install a 4 foot fence to prevent access to the busy street and drop off wall/steep hill by the driveway area. Also at the end of the yard there is a wide space in between the fence and ground that needs to be barricaded to prevent entrapment. In addition, discussed to remove the small stones from the ground where the children play, construction materials by the exit area, and reposition or remove the cylinder blocks on the ground since the holes of the cylinder blocks are facing upward. For indoor space we discussed to place a secured lock on the sliding door that leads to the basement stairs.
