Upon Licensor's arrival, the children were wandering around the environment and once in while were observed playing with a few of the toys that were on the floor. The educator stated that she does not follow a structured curriculum. The educator stated that the children listened to music in the morning, did puzzles, played with the train toys, and one child whom the educator stated had separation anxiety, colored in the morning. The program was lacking evidence of specific, planned learning experiences that support the social, emotional, physical, intellectual and language development of all children.
