Licensor walked through indoor space and the following hazards were observed: There were equipment (bike and row machine) that were not covered, dog food and cleaning materials accessible. Please cover equipment and make items inaccessible, and upload pictures once completed. In the outdoor space (fenced in side yard) the following hazards were observed: A fence is required for the area as the provider has big farming/construction equipment on her property and she resides on a busy street. The fence is not sturdy and has areas that have accessible wires, which are sharp and unsafe. Please fix fencing and confirm once completed; a follow up visit will be scheduled.
Handwashing
Emergency numbers were not posted. Please ensure that "911", the telephone number and address of the program, the telephone number of the Poison Control Center and the name and telephone number of the emergency back-up person; confirm once completed.
Hand washing was not done before eating. Please ensure handwashing is completed before /after handwashing, after coming in from outdoors, following diapering/toileting, and after touching any bodily fluid.

Licensor walked through the indoor, licensed space and observed the following hazards: The living room, toy room, and kitchen were unkept and unorganized. There were toys, clothes and other items scattered around. Educator reported that she was in the middle of cleaning before the holiday. Please clean the home and ensure that it remains clean when childcare children are present. Please upload pictures once completed.
