Staff/child ratio was not maintained in the Infant Classroom as two children were left in the "crib area" sleeping with no staff members present in the room at the time of observation.
Two staff members were in the main part of the Infant classroom with two children. In the "crib area", there were two children sleeping with no teacher in the room. This occurred on two occasions during the same observation. The second time, they left one child sleeping alone in the crib area while changing the other child.
The fire drill log was not available for review at the time of the visit.
Two children's individual health care plans did not have all required information.
When the licensor inspected the Infant Classroom, it was noted that there was one teacher with four infants. The other teacher had been sitting with the fifth infant for the parent performance when the licensor entered the program.

1. When a teacher is changing a child in the Toddler/Pre-School Classroom they are not able to fully see the classroom, which leaves one teacher with eight children. 2. An infant child was sleeping in the crib area alone. Although the staff can see the baby in the crib area from the other section of the room this does not allow for consistent supervision.
Two children were not signed into the Toddler/Pre-School Classroom.
