At the time of the visit there was no evidence of at least one staff member qualified in CPR training.
At the time of the visit there was no evidence of current pediatric first aid for two educators in ratio.
One educator did not have a file for review.
At the time of the visit there were two boxes of snacks with an expiration date of 12/16/25.
The emergency drill log was missing the month of November.
Three emergency medications were expired on 9/2025, 10/25 and 4/2025.

A review of three staff records, Licensor noted the following: 1. Two staff were missing evidence of a PQR, a physical examination and MMR immunizations. 2. One staff in ratio was missing all EEC pertinent info on checklist.
