The educator was observed not being able to evacuate the children for a fire drill.

The educator stated that she takes the children out on the second floor back deck, which is not licensed space and does not have the proper barrier around the sides of it and is not large enough for 8 children to be on.
The second exit is missing an exit sign.
First Aid Kit (FCC)
1 child's emergency card is expired. The educator added a copy of the list of emergency services numbers and the children's emergency cards to the first aid kit during the visit.
