Post on first floor level: Call 911 reminder and the telephone number and address of the program, including the location of the program in the facility.
Educators must assist children in brushing their teeth whenever they are in care for more than four hours or whenever they consume a meal while in care. Children must use individual, labeled toothbrushes which must be stored in a safe and sanitary manner open to the air without touching each other. For non-participating children a written statement signed by the parent must be kept on file.
Exit signs must be posted in rooms that have direct access to the outdoors. 1st. floor-exits must be labeled.

Electrical outlets not in use must be covered. When children under 3 years of age are in care. A permanent gate must be installed at the top of the stairs and a preassure gate must be installed at the bottom of the stairs.
Infants must be held while fed a bottle. Children must not be put down for nap with a bottle or zippy cup. Menus must be documented and must be kept on file for one year
