Licensor randomly reviewed three children’s files and found one to have expired paperwork and another to have an expired physical. Please acquire new paperwork and make a plan to ensure all records stay within 1 year expiration timeline.
Provider has not been running fire drills. Please begin documenting a fire drill and smoke/carbon monoxide detector checks each month.

Licensor reviewed five records and all were missing progress reports. Two were missing physicals/immunizations. Educator was under the impression that progress reports were waived due to Covid. Licensor emailed Educator progress report samples. Please update all progress reports and verify once completed.
