After the visit, in a review of BRC Navigator, it was identified that one program employee had an expired BRC. The BRC had been expired since October 2025. It was also identified that none of the contracted drivers for the program were BRCed. At the time of the visit, in a review of the attendance record within Room Two, the attendance record was not fully accurate. There were nine students in the classroom and eight students signed in. The educator in the room was able to identify who was not signed in, and updated the attendance record during the visit. The program must maintain daily attendance records indicating each child's attendance, including arrival and departure times.

The program was missing documentation of the drills completed last school year and the drill completed in January 2026. The educator must hold practice evacuation drills with all groups of children and all educators from each floor level of the approved space at least monthly. Drills must be held during different times of the program day, and must use alternative exits. The educator must document the date, time, exit route used, number of children evacuated and effectiveness of each drill.

At the time of the visit, in a review of three students IHCPs, the documentation was not fully complete. Student A and Student B were missing an IHCP for one of their diagnosed conditions. Student C had an expired IHCP. Student A and Student B were missing documentation of potential consequences if medication is not provided, potential side effects of medication and the educators trained on the health conditions. The licensee must maintain as part of a child's record, an individual health care plan for each child with a chronic medical condition, which has been diagnosed by a licensed health care practitioner. The plan must describe the chronic condition, its symptoms, any medical treatment that may be necessary while the child is in care, the potential side effects of that treatment, and the potential consequences to the child's health if the treatment is not administered.

At the time of the visit, in a review of three students IHCPs and the corresponding medication consent documentation, the medication consent documentation was not fully complete. Student A had three prescribed medications and was missing a medication consent for one of them. The second medication consent was from a doctor and was missing documentation required by EEC The third medication consent was missing documentation of possible side effects, directions for storage and name and phone number of prescribing healthcare practitioner. Student B was prescribed two medications and had one medication consent from the public school that was missing documentation required by EEC. Student C's medication consent was missing documentation of if they have taken the medication previously.

Student B and Student C had expired emergency medication. It was identified at the visit that emergency medication were not taken on the bus when transporting students.
