Violation
EEC Licensor observed two extra persons on the premises. One was sitting on the porch when EEC Licensor arrived. This person quickly went into the house. The Educator identified this person as the Certified Assistant’s (REDACTED) and stated that (REDACTED) comes by sometimes and had just brought some coffee to them. The Educator said that (REDACTED) did not have an EEC background record check. This person left the premises via a car within a few minutes of Licensor arriving at the program. EEC Licensor then observed another person leaving the property out through the back, squeezing through the fence to the road. This person then got into the car of the person who was initially identified as the Certified Assistant’s (REDACTED). The Educator stated that this person was her (REDACTED). EEC Licensor questioned why the assistant’s (REDACTED) would drive down the street to then have the Educator’s (REDACTED) get into her car. The Educator responded that (REDACTED) was a smoker, so that was why (REDACTED) went out to the street. The Educator’s (REDACTED) does not live in the home, and does not have an approved background record check either.
