At the time of the visit, in a review of three refrigerators on site, the temperatures read between 41-42 degrees. The Licensee identified they had just plugged in the refrigerators. The refrigerators did not yet contain food for students. The licensee must provide refrigeration and storage for food at no less than 32F, nor more than 40F for all food requiring refrigeration. Meals and snacks provided by parents must be stored safely.
